AeroSine ("we", "us") is a hardware company in Hyderabad, India. This policy covers the website aerosine.com. You can reach us at support@aerosine.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry form or by email:
- your name and email address
- your organisation, if you add it
- the aircraft, payload and need you pick, and your message
Why we use it
We use these details only to read and answer your enquiry and, if you want to work with us, to discuss the project. We don't sell your details, use them for advertising or add you to a mailing list.
How it's handled
When you send the form, your enquiry is emailed to our support inbox. The website does not keep a copy in a database.
To stop spam, the website keeps a hashed (unreadable) form of the sending IP address for up to one hour, then discards it. Our web host keeps standard server logs for security and maintenance.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and it loads its fonts and images from aerosine.com itself.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to answer you and to follow up on any project, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by emailing support@aerosine.com. We'll answer within a reasonable time.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it on this page and change the date above.
